I am in disbelief at the terrible customer service. I rented a car that malfunctioned to the point of not being drivable. I had to contact customer service 3 times waiting each time between 10 and 45 minutes (on their emergency line!). The car remained parked in front of my house since it could not be driven back and it took them days to retrieve it. I have just received a request to pay a parking fine for that time!!! Unbelievable! I didn’t get to do the ride I booked the car for, spent hours on the phone, got charged for the (undriven) trip and now I got a fine!! Joke of a company
