We rented a car for the entire day, but it was broken and unusable. We had to pay 50€ to change our hospital appointment because we couldn’t switch the car. The rental service will charge us more if we leave the defective vehicle, and we ended up waiting for two hours without any resolution or refund. This is the worst customer service I've encountered, and the rental experience was incredibly frustrating. This isn't the first time we've faced issues, but it will definitely be the last with this company. Calling them was pointless; we had to reach out multiple times and waited a long time only to hear that they couldn’t help us. They provide excellent service when it comes to taking your money but show no concern for customers.
