The customer service experience has been awful, with $8000.00 being held due to claims of fraud. Phone calls are redirected overseas, and now I have to involve a legal representative and the department of fair trading to retrieve my money. I cannot recommend this service at all; the representative I spoke to was dishonest, and I'm extremely unhappy. If a rating of 0 were possible, I would choose that.
