Really easy to setup for my construction business. Easy to get payments from clients onsite on my phone or the terminal that I keep in the car. I want to thank Julian Boscoe especially, he helped me from the beginning and all the way through the processes for getting the setup done to sending through the terminal to my address. Couldn’t have been happier with his service. Top guy :)
I am experiencing serious issues with customer service, as they are holding $8000.00, citing fraud. My calls are redirected overseas, leaving me no choice but to seek legal assistance and involve the department of fair trading to retrieve my funds. I cannot recommend this service; the representative I spoke with was dishonest, and I am extremely dissatisfied. A rating of 0 would be more appropriate.

Every time I've reached out, I received warm and professional responses. Each representative listened attentively and worked hard to meet our needs. The last interaction was outstanding; the representative was available during setup and exceeded my expectations. Truly exceptional service.
The service was extremely disappointing; every change we requested was handled incorrectly, and emails went unanswered. A week later, we're in a worse situation than when we began. They moved us from one team to another, and now a different person manages the account. We had a better experience when dealing with someone locally, but now it's all overseas support.
