My interface is stuck on an older version, making new integrations impossible. I feel like I've paid for nothing. The chatbot says only admins can resolve this, but contacting them is nearly impossible. Help is only available through a forum, where I can't even post. It's a decent platform, but the support for paying customers is very lacking.
