The chatbot says only admins can resolve this, but contacting them is nearly impossible. Help is only available through a forum, where I can't even post. It's a decent platform, but the support for paying customers is very lacking.

I joined their affiliate program, but they have not made the payment and even locked my account without notice. All my emails went unanswered. They clearly do not value their customers or partners, which is disheartening for a brand of this nature.
