I was recommended your site by a mate and, to be fair, delivery was quick. Unfortunately, the customer service and returns process has been really difficult to deal with.Order number: #N482369When I contacted support with a specific query, I received what felt like a generic copy-and-paste response that didn’t address my issue. I then paid £4.04 for a returns label, but the label was never sent. I’ve since been advised to contact the help desk or select an alternative service, neither of which has led to a resolution.At this point, I’m getting uncomfortably close to the 14-day returns cut-off, despite actively trying to resolve this in good faith. I’ll continue trying to make contact over the next few days, but if I’m unable to get this sorted, I’ll have no option but to contact my card provider to initiate a chargeback.I’d really prefer to resolve this directly and amicably. Please can someone actually engage with the issue so we can get this sorted in the interests of both parties.Thanks
