Really good quality clothing, fit has been true to size on everything that I have bought from N9NE from shorts, to jumpers, trousers and T shirts. Prices are starting to creep up a bit now though and I hope they don’t turn into Arne and start overpricing everything as that’s the reason I no longer shop with them. Overall really good experience especially with delivery. Only thing that’s missing is gifting me free delivery for life! ;)

The clothes are of incredible quality and have never had any issues. I've bought at least 15 items or sets from N9NE and have never had a problem. The delivery is fast, and once a tracksuit wasn't sent, it arrived within 24 hours of phoning them. Never had an issue and would highly recommend.
I was recommended your site by a mate and, to be fair, delivery was quick. Unfortunately, the customer service and returns process has been really difficult to deal with.Order number: #N482369When I contacted support with a specific query, I received what felt like a generic copy-and-paste response that didn’t address my issue. I then paid £4.04 for a returns label, but the label was never sent. I’ve since been advised to contact the help desk or select an alternative service, neither of which has led to a resolution.At this point, I’m getting uncomfortably close to the 14-day returns cut-off, despite actively trying to resolve this in good faith. I’ll continue trying to make contact over the next few days, but if I’m unable to get this sorted, I’ll have no option but to contact my card provider to initiate a chargeback.I’d really prefer to resolve this directly and amicably. Please can someone actually engage with the issue so we can get this sorted in the interests of both parties.Thanks
