I ordered an item in size EU32 (UK6), but it was so large that even my sister, who usually wears UK10, could wear it comfortably. The size guide claimed EU32 fits a 62 cm waist, but what I received measured 82 cm. When I inquired about this, they said it wasn't a manufacturing error. The issue isn't about the item breaking; the sizing is completely off from the photos, making me look like a child in oversized clothes. I asked for the actual measurements but they refused. Plus, there's a £4.95 return fee. I'd accept that if I ordered the wrong size, but here, it's very unfair to be charged without proof.
