Winter-boots that split in half. Simply terrible quality, when the sole literally split in half after having been used sparsely. The price certainly does not reflect the quality here. It is shameless to be selling shoes at such high prices with such extremely low quality. Not that I expected much, but soles literally splitting in half is simply unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs as it is borderlina fraud.
Stylish clothing with great quality overall. I frequently find myself satisfied with my purchases. The customer support team is friendly and supportive, always striving to resolve any issues. Occasionally, there are delays in the return process, as it can take a while for returns to be processed. However, when I reach out for assistance, they are always there to help. Overall, I would consider it a reliable company.

Additionally, there's a £4.95 return fee. I'd be fine with this if I had ordered the wrong size, but in this case, it feels very unjust to be charged without proof.
