I bought an item in size EU32 (UK6), but it was so oversized that even my sister, who usually wears UK10, could fit into it. The size guide indicated EU32 should fit a 62 cm waist, yet the garment I received measures 82 cm. When I questioned it, they said it wasn't a mistake. The issue is that the sizing is completely off from the images, making me feel like I was wearing someone else's clothes. I asked for actual measurements, but they refused. Additionally, there's a £4.95 return fee. I'd be fine with this if I had ordered the wrong size, but in this case, it feels very unjust to be charged without proof.
