I checked back recently, hoping for improvements, but things appear to have worsened! I sent a detailed inquiry requesting a photo to accurately depict the garment's color, as the online images seemed altered, but the response I received was delayed and failed to address any of my questions. It's puzzling how they operate; it feels like they don't want your business. Additionally, be cautious as they remove negative feedback from their social media, so honest opinions are hard to find there. If only they were as quick to respond to customer queries!
