Significant Customer Service Problems

This company has major issues with customer service. I placed an order on November 30, and now it's January 1 with no delivery in sight. There's no one to reach out to; no phone number available. Emails receive only automated responses. This feels deceptive and fraudulent. It seems this company may face legal action. I strongly advise against using their services.

Avoid this service at all costs.

I strongly advise against using this service. I placed an order on 12/8 for Christmas, expecting delivery within 3-10 business days. Now it's 12/29, and the status is still 'being prepared.' After reading other reviews, I see many share this same issue.

Extremely frustrating experience with customer service

I've been waiting 3 and a half weeks for a sweater, but the most frustrating part is the inability to contact a real person. There’s no phone number available, and the email responses come from chatbots with the same reply each time! The customer service is virtually non-existent, and the wait time is absurd. I will not be purchasing from this service again.

Difficulties with Sizing

Where can I leave feedback on their website? The men's sweaters fit EXTREMELY small. My son is 6'5" and weighs 166lbs, making him quite thin and tall, yet the XL sizes are too short in both the arms and torso, with no extra room anywhere else. I haven't attempted to order the XXL since it's always out of stock, but it appears that even that size would likely be too small based on the XL fit. Be cautious if you're a taller or larger man; these sweaters may not be suitable unless you prefer a very tight fit.

I wish I could rate this service zero, as I have yet to receive my order. Each time I inquire about the status, they keep changing the shipping date. It's no surprise that a majority of reviewers rate this service ONE STAR.

Important clarification about my purchase experience

I want to make it clear that I did not purchase a sweater directly from the company's website. Instead, I found a cashmere sweater for $6 in a thrift store, sized medium. When I first saw it in the women's section, I assumed it was a mistake and that a kids' sweater had been misplaced there. I bought it for my children, who are 9 and 11 years old and of average height. It fit both of them. I'm giving it one star because I checked the company's website and confirmed that the sizing is intended for women. I'm typically a small to medium in US women's sizes, and this sweater was tight on me, with sleeves that were 6 inches too short. It's possible that the previous owner dried it on high heat, but even so, I've had several cashmere sweaters and never experienced such significant shrinkage. Additionally, it feels itchy. Overall, it's worth $6 for my kids, but definitely not worth $98 for an adult. I hope this detailed review helps someone avoid similar issues.

Extremely disappointing customer support

As noted by others, the customer support here is genuinely lacking. I previously made many purchases, but after they stopped providing individual garment measurements and wool gauge, I decided to take a break due to the hassle of repeatedly asking for this information without receiving clear answers—just generic responses. I checked back recently, hoping for improvements, but things appear to have worsened! I sent a detailed inquiry requesting a photo to accurately depict the garment's color, as the online images seemed altered, but the response I received was delayed and failed to address any of my questions. It's puzzling how they operate; it feels like they don't want your business. Additionally, be cautious as they remove negative feedback from their social media, so honest opinions are hard to find there. If only they were as quick to respond to customer queries!
