Well when I walked in I was overwhelmed by the number of people waiting, however there were different sections for different stages of processing, and it moved rather fast and smooth. I was interviewed by Ms. Ellen P,who was absolutely wonderful, Professional, thorough, patient, and expicit, she didn't mind being asked questions for clarity. I observed staff as I sat waiting, energy was very positive, they enjoyed what they were doing.
