This has been the worst delivery experience I have ever had. It's been a month, and I still haven't received my package. It was supposed to arrive on a Monday. When the driver called, I explained I wasn't home, and he suggested returning in an hour. After agreeing, I waited all evening, but he never returned and ignored my calls. After two days with no updates from the company, just vague mentions of "incidents," I arranged with customer service to have it delivered to a pickup point for me to collect the next day. However, there was no update for two weeks, just the same automated response from the support team saying they were waiting for confirmation. They called me one Friday claiming they tried to deliver again, which didn't make sense since I arranged to pick it up. The driver then said they would deliver it the next day, even though it was Saturday. I asked if they were sure, and they said yes. I waited all morning, but nothing arrived. Now it's Monday again, and STILL NO SIGN OF MY PACKAGE. Just another vague "incident." I feel completely frustrated and like my time has been wasted.
