I've had an incredibly frustrating delivery experience. It's been a month, and I still don't have my package. It was set to arrive on a Monday, but when the driver called, I explained I wasn't home. He suggested returning in an hour, and after I agreed, I waited all evening, but he never came back and ignored my calls. After two days with no updates from the company, I coordinated with customer service to have it sent to a pickup point, but there were no updates for two weeks. They called one Friday claiming they tried to deliver again, which was confusing since I arranged to pick it up. The driver then said they would deliver it the next day, even though it was Saturday. I asked if they were certain, and they said yes. I waited all morning, but nothing arrived. Now it's Monday, and I still have no sign of my package. Just another vague "incident." I feel like my time and energy have been wasted.

Either the delivery drivers are completely incompetent, or they are lying to avoid work. Every time I expect important medical supplies, they fail to deliver for days, claiming I'm not home, even though I work from home. No attempts are made to deliver; they simply decide I'm not in. This usually happens after my package has sat in their office for over a week. I shouldn't have to drive to pick up a package because the drivers didn't bother to deliver it.
I placed an order expecting delivery by the company, but they have proven to be the most unprofessional and unreliable service I've encountered. I specifically requested delivery to a pickup location to avoid their known delays, but when I arrived, I was told my order had already been "delivered" to the wrong address.
