Probably the worst costumer service and website on the market. First they did not even tried to delivery, as we followed all the e-mails sent, we confirmed the address and as I do work from home I was in the place waiting for the delivery. The sent a message saying they could not find the place, although any average user of google maps could find, in contact with their costumer service they do not reply in English, only in Spanish, they do not reply when they do they just give you an random e-mail which nobody replies. At the site they give an option of delivery for a neighbor, but locking at a post code as far as possible, I'm in Laranjeiro and the post code is in Charneca, WFF?
