NACEX kept sending me delivery updates that were all delayed for one reason or another. Then the tracking page said delivery was suspended because I didn't answer their phone call (a complete lie, as evidenced by my phone logs). This was clearly a trick to force me to collect the package from one of their own delivery points. I then had a 30-minute live chat with the manufacturer, who stated the delivery had been returned and offered me a replacement! I replied that I would face the same problems again.Now the phone number on the NACEX website doesn't answer, simply asks you to leave a message and hangs up before anyone can do so. I phoned several times yesterday and today with the same results.This is the courier service from Hell. Disgraceful.
