After two days with no updates from the company, I coordinated with customer service to have it sent to a pickup point, but there were no updates for two weeks. They called one Friday claiming they tried to deliver again, which was confusing since I arranged to pick it up. The driver then said they would deliver it the next day, even though it was Saturday. I asked if they were certain, and they said yes. I waited all morning, but nothing arrived. Now it's Monday, and I still have no sign of my package. Just another vague "incident." I feel like my time and energy have been wasted.
