Your systems were clear and unambiguous - pointing out to me without having to ask what the final cost would be. Because the engineer learned that my fridge freezer was an American style and therefore I needed a different engineer to visit , she actually called me that Sunday to let me know of the change in plan even though not working that day. I’m 100% impressed.
