The engineer (Corby) was prompt, quick and clean. He was polite and friendly, and explained what he was doing very clearly. He was also extremely thorough in making sure that our washing machine works properly.

Errol attended promptly. Diagnosed the issue with my washer dryer and, very impirtantly had the replacement parts on board. He additionaly had a replacement door handle which he installed. Very impressed.

This is clearly the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I booked an engineer for leaking water supply to our water dispenser (fridge). The leak was visible from the outside, clear case: new hose was needed.
The engineer walked into our house, demanded payment of £97 first before he even step into the kitchen, apparently company policy. He stayed just about for 10min, "assessed" the issue. Basically, he just took a pic of the fridge model.
I asked him questions about the repair, what is needed, would he fixed it right away, as the case was clear: the pipe was leaking.
He didn't explain anything, just said he got everything he needed, I would get an email from the company about next steps.
Next day, I got an email claiming that I need to replace the whole fridge door!
Of course it's impossible to get through to anybody at the company, so I complaint via their chatbot.
I found the behavior of the engineer unaccetable. If there was such an major issue with the fridge door, he should have discussed it with me rightaway!
Chatbot assured me they would be in touch withing a day. Never heard of them since.
Complaint in writing few weeks later, demanded my money back as they didn't fix anything and the engineer visit took just 10min, I received an answer that they will be in touch shortly. Again, never heard of them back.
This company is clearly a scum! They collect their standard fee £97 at your door and that's for them the job done.

Easy to contact and the person on the phone was friendly and booked my repair same day. Dan came only a couple of hours later, fixed everything very quickly and gave me some really useful advice on keeping my machine in good condition. He was lovely as well. Huge relief, thank you!

Excellent 10/10. NAC’s website’s great and well laid out, making it easy to use and find information, especially the phone number! My call was answered quickly (and by a real person, not the usual “Press 1…”), and Helen explained everything clearly and professionally. So if the engineer’s just as good, and I don’t have to trek’s to the laundromat again after his visit, then it’ll definitely be another 10/10 for sure. Thanks again!

Tim was brilliant, we were really concerned we'd need a new cooker ! But he quickly assessed that it was likely a timer issue, he ordered the new timer, fitted it a few days later and the oven worked - so grateful as the fix was a snip of what an oven replacement would have been. Will certianly use NAC again and recommend to friends. Thank you

It is always difficult to find repairers for domestic appliances, but this company it absolutely top class. Their communication with the customer is superb and the service engineers who called (2 occasions 1 on each) were both very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I will use this company again without hesitation.
