NAC seem to be just a broker, who connect you with an engineer, but do not take any responsibility for the work or any problems. I tried to get the engineer to return after the problem reoccurred a week after he'd fixed it. He said he'd come back but didn't, then said he was really busy, etc. NAC said it wasn't their responsibility - I had to take it up directly with the engineer. Eventually I paid another company, and they said that the new motor the NAC engineer has installed was fine. The problem was that things had been reassembled incorrectly. My advice is to be aware that there's no protection from NAC if anything goes wrong. You may pay more for though - when the original NAC engineer told me the price of the new motor, he gave me one figure then quickly corrected it to a higher figure, saying 'oh no, sorry you booked via NAC didn't you'.
