AVOID THIS SERVICE

AVOID THIS SERVICE! Two issues with our oven that are still to be fixed. For a visit under ten minutes we were charged £84 and after several emails back and forth and pointless apologies we are still waiting for a refund. Lies back and forth between engineer and his manager that basically say - well we arrived, for a seven minute service you need to pay £84. Lies that the engineer has sent us details of the door we need - which he said he would find, and lies he has tried to return. The lack of professionalism is overwhelming. Even when we booked the faults we were advised yes it can be fixed. Communication was awful. Engineer was late but he was super pleased to be finishing early on Friday! I am in the wrong job if I can earn £84 in seven minutes. Really dissapointed as we are £84 down and still have a door missing oven.
