Fast and efficient service. Engineer came and assessed what was needed to get our machine working again. We paid a one off fee to cover the call out and labour. The engineer discussed the problem and cost of the part needed. A few days later the engineer called to say he had the part and fitted it that day. The part was a reasonable price which we paid the engineer. Everything was discussed and agreed in advance. No hidden costs. Very quick and efficient service. Would highly recommend
