Sadly, my experience so far has not been good. On 17th Oct an engineer came to my house to diagnose/fix a fault with my combination oven. To cut a long story short, he misdiagnosed the fault and I was charged £86 for a heating element that was not required. I had the old one independently checked, when it became obvious the fault hadn't been fixed. After many emails I was told the engineer had to come back to examine the oven (I had, by this time, bought a replacement, as I do not have a conventional oven, so I was a bit stuck without one), before they would consider refunding me. He arrived on Weds and tested the old heating element and agreed it was still working. He swapped it back for the new one, which he took away with him, "so that you can be refunded for it". Since then, and despite my many emails, I have heard nothing at all more from the company. So I have paid almost £186 for a non-repair plus £200 for a new oven. I have now sent a Letter Before Action, but if I do not receive a full refund by 4th Dec I will be taking them to the Small Claims Court.
