My fridge decided to stop working so did the usual - looked up on the internet for someone to try and fix it. Decided on NAC and what a friendly, efficient and surprising company! They explained the call out charge and what that meant, what would happen, the SMS updates and the sourcing of parts/fitting it etc. Anyway, the guy came out - checked everything, ordered the part and came back and fixed it! Everything was smooth - all SMS updates were excellent, the engineer friendly and efficient. I will definitely use this company again!
