Very disappointed by the delays

Very disappointed by the delays, lack of communication and excessive prices for parts. Charging over £60 for a part than can be purchased for £15 is excessive. Contacted customer service and the reply was either a bot or a. It and paste responses as the email was totally impersonal and generic. I sent a deconstructed email in response and got almost identical wording second time. I really could not recommend their company and suggest you avoid them. When I told customer care I would leave feedback here they really did not seem to care so beware.
