I arranged a repair for my American fridge freezer through NAC. An engineer visited, for which I paid a £100 diagnostic fee. He identified a faulty power cable and instructed me to order a replacement through them, which cost an additional £37.I was then informed the part would take 10 weeks to arrive. This was an unreasonable length of time to be without a vital appliance, so I was forced to purchase a temporary fridge at my own expense.After waiting the 10 weeks, I was contacted again and told I needed to pay a further £32 for the same power cable. At this point, I cancelled the service entirely.This company has completely wasted my time and money. Their customer service was abysmal, relying solely on an unhelpful AI system that provided repetitive, scripted responses and could not resolve the issue. I deeply regret not choosing a different, more competent company from the start. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
