NAC booked in my appointment promptly, the engineer was in touch to confirm the appointment, and kept me appraised that he was running late (he wasn't more than a few minutes). The engineer was polite and well-spoken, and quickly got to grips with our problem - then he solved it! Lots to like! The phone booking of the appointment was a little disjointed, and NAC is a rather expensive option, but for reliability they are top notch.
