Awful experience. Had a Smeg oven with faulty grill element, which came on with all the oven settings. Engineer turned up to the first appointment okay, paid the £110 and then got a quote for £290 - am sure they quoted to fit parts that were not required (ie. all the oven elements plus a switch) but went ahead as we were already £110 in - big mistake. Return visit to fit the parts, engineer could not repair the fault (lots of calls to his office, clearly no idea what he was doing) said the oven must be set up like this (unbelievable!!!), took the switch (£59) away and said I'd need to call the office. Of course the phones lines are not manned, only way to contact them is via an automated message service which is designed to get rid of you. No repair, no refund and no way to get a resolution from them - AVOID
