From first contacting NAC it has been one well “oiled machine”Wayne contacted us the day with the time of his visit. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem, arranged a second visit with the parts required and again let us know when he would arrive to fit it. The fridge is in an integrated unit bespoke by a kitchen joiner which proved difficult for access to the rear of the fridge. He and my husband overcame the access problem and a new fan was fitted. We are so happy with this service as we knew the cost of call out prior to Wayne coming to us and knew we would pay for parts all before agreeing to use NAC. We are so happy thatvthe repair means not having to buy a whole new unit and fridge. We definitely would contact NAC inthe future. Brilliant and such an efficient and prompt service. I appreciated the immediate initial call back from NAC as the lines were busy on my ringing them. No waiting!
