Booked a slot with a supposed local company, needed to be Thursday morning. Got sent a number for the 'engineer', but it was a team, not a specific person. They then claimed they couldn't specify morning or afternoon. Next full day I could do is three weeks away, so I would have had to wait three weeks without a washing machine.Very poor taking a booking under false pretences.
