Steve contacted us the same day we phoned our problem in to NAC Repairs and came round the next day. He was cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. He understood the problem, showed us the offending part and explained our options. Based on this information we decided a new machine would be best for us. But whatever Steve did when he temporarily removed the part seems to have had a miraculous effect and for the time being at least our tumble dryer is working!
