Initially they turned up on time and identified the problem. So far so good. My washer needed a new part and I was told they would try and locate one. I waited over a week and then decided to check if a replacement part was looking possible. I rang and there was no reply. I rang the following two days and still no reply. I then tried the email that was given in the phone message as a help line, it bounced back to me. Twice. I then realised I still had a text message from James on my mobile so I texted. No reply. The initial visit was a fortnight ago and since then any contact has been impossible. It's a though they packed up and did a moonlight flit. I only needed an answer to my question. I'm not the first this has happened to either. Pathetic.
