The repair man rang to see if he could come earlier than planned, which was even better for me. He was friendly and informative. I bet he was here less than 10 minutes. To be honest, I think the fault could have been easily rectified by myself had I known what the problem was, but I was just thankful to get it working again. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
