Awful experience all round. I booked and paid the upfront callout fee and waited a good few days for an available appointment to fix my dishwasher. Not amazing but not terrible either. The engineer diagnosed a fault and I paid the quoted invoice. A week or so later the engineer came back out, tried to fit the part and somehow my dishwasher ends up with a worse fault than it started with. I'm invoiced for a new, much more expensive part. Although in fairness they refunded the first part so I only paid the difference.This new part needs to be ordered in apparently, and I wait over two weeks with no communication from them before receiving a text for an appoinment to fit the part almost another week away.This appointment was yesterday. The engineer fitted the part. My dishwasher is still broken, and I have now received yet another diagnosis and invoice for another new part. He also incidentally left a bunch of boxes with stuff in them that I have no idea if it needs to be kept or not, and spilled a bunch of stuff on my kitchen counter and didn't clean it or even tell me about it.At this point I can only conclude that this is a scam and I won't ever actually have a working dishwasher with them.I've tried to speak to their customer service, whose only response is that I need to pay the invoice or continue to have a broken dishwasher. I've been referred to their complaints service, which is an ai generated response that pretty much just reiterates the customer service response that they don't care about customer problems, only getting paid on their invoices.In conclusion, so far this company has wasted weeks and hundreds of pounds for me and still has not fixed my dishwasher, issued an apology or, in fact, any response other than "Pay us more money or don't talk to us"
