Placed a request for someone to come out on Monday 29th just after 9am on the previous Friday, received an ai reply saying I was booked for Monday and someone would call me usually within 6 hours to confirm time. Didn't hear anything until about 4 pm on Monday saying some would be with me on Tuesday morning. Nice guy arrived,9 immediately diagnosed problem but fridge was too old to get parts..so service was good but not knowing whether someone was turning up on Monday was irritating. Especially when I queried on Monday and just got a stock ai reply saying I might be at the end of the day.
