Despite my writing clearly what the problem was with my tumble dryer in the online description, third party engineer turned up, told me the part couldn't be cleaned and he was unable to source therefore would have to buy a new tumble dryer. For this privilege of 5 minutes for nothing I was charged the full service fee £90. I feel totally ripped off. My big disgruntlement here is that I had put the exact model number in on NAC website, with a clear description of what was wrong. - The engineer could have called and told me it was unfixable over the phone. I feel like he just attended to get the full fee for a 2 minute conversation.
