£500 down, machine not working, no effective human customer service

No This company has no systems to speak to human with authority when repair doesn’t go to plan. An engineer visited and fitted a new part incorrectly leading to a water leak and a burning smell from my washer dryer. After 4 visits in total this is still unresolved. Despite several efforts to speak to a senior manager no one will speak to me except an AI assistant and the local rep who refused to give a managers email address. Six weeks later I am now £500+ down still without a working Miele Washer Dryer and still no contact from a senior manager all they propose to do is send the same engineer who has visited 4 times before. In response to NAC response today 28/9 Job Number is 687809. I look forward to hearing from you
