No This company has no systems to speak to human with authority when repair doesn’t go to plan. An engineer visited and fitted a new part incorrectly leading to a water leak and a burning smell from my washer dryer. After 4 visits in total this is still unresolved. Despite several efforts to speak to a senior manager no one will speak to me except an AI assistant and the local rep who refused to give a managers email address. Six weeks later I am now £500+ down still without a working Miele Washer Dryer and still no contact from a senior manager all they propose to do is send the same engineer who has visited 4 times before.
