This was the first time using this company and was reluctant at first asi had not heard of them before. As my fridge freezer had stopped working I thought I would give them a try. I'm so glad I did, they were in touch straight away to provide an appointment. I received both email and text providing engineers name and a text the night before adding on a time. Engineer also rang to say he was on his way. He was very professional on arrival diagnosed the problem and advised I would receive an email with cost. Email was received within half an hour advising price and timescale. When part did arrive again email and text advising when Engineer was arriving. An excellent service provided by the company and Engineer. Would definitely recommend to friends/family.
