Very poor experience. In our case NAC acted solely as a "matching app" passing our request for an AEG fridge/freezer, onto a technician. The service provided by the technician was very poor. They attended, reviewed for 5-minutes, said that they cannot repair and that parts needed to be ordered and purchased (although we had already provided model details and likely route-cause), collected payment directly (NOT managed via NAC) and left. Even the solution that they suggested was not the manufacturer's recommendation.
