Completely unacceptable service. An engineer was sent to my home, and I use the term 'engineer' very loosely. He spent less than a minute in my house, declared my fridge broken, and charged me 80. He refused to examine it due to a chemical smell, which I had already communicated in detail. Despite this, they still sent someone out. When I questioned the 'engineer,' he dismissed the support center as incompetent, leading to a wasted 80 this morning. I requested a refund, but they told me to go away. Unbelievable.
