This time, I was having trouble with a discount code and was met by BOT Miranda's automated chatter. To top it off, I got a friendly warning about external emails "External E-Mail: Please be aware. Do not take instructions, click on links or open attachments unless you recognise the sender and know the content is safe." which made me feel like I’d just stepped into a cybersecurity thriller. Naturally, I paused my replies. But then, Alex popped up, and thankfully, it turned out to be a human(hopefully)! He swiftly resolved my issue and sent me on my merry way.
