Had a great experience with the team! Fast delivery of the items, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, so I had to return the item. The customer care team is outstanding. Super helpful, very responsive & transparent communication! amazing!
These people cancelled my first order and they refunded me. I placed the same order last week and they cancelled my order again again saying the item is not in stock when it clearly is in stock, there are seven showing online and nothing was fixed up to this point saying otherwise. But more importantly, I was only given a partial refund the second time round and they are insisting that they gave me a full refund. I am going to consumer protection and to my bank first thing in the morning.
The support team is incredibly accommodating. The jumpsuit I ordered did not include the belt that was mentioned in the listing. They checked the warehouse and offered me a discount or to send the belt. I really appreciated their willingness to resolve this issue.

I purchased three dresses on January 13, 2026, all of which were on sale at a 30% discount. Two of the dresses arrived, but the third one, which was the most important to me and for which I even bought expensive shoes, was never shipped. I reached out to the support team, and the representative kept me going in circles for a week. I repeatedly asked about the shipping status, only for her to ultimately cancel my order without my consent. Now, the dress is no longer on sale, and if I want it, I have to pay full price. It's infuriating! I had expected it to be shipped as promised. Despite it being available, my order was canceled. Every time I emailed, the same representative responded with generic apologies, assuring me they would get back to me soon. There’s no phone support, leaving me with no options except to contact consumer protection. I requested to repurchase the dress at a discount to match my original order, but that request was denied today. She claimed it was under review and that no refund could be issued. This company has shown itself to be incredibly dishonest, and I plan to share my experience widely. I feel cheated—there’s been no prompt communication to resolve this issue despite my numerous attempts. It’s truly shameful.
After a few rounds with the Nadine Merabi team, I felt like I was in an echo chamber—answers just bounced back at me. This time, I was having trouble with a discount code and was met by BOT Miranda's automated chatter. To top it off, I got a friendly warning about external emails "External E-Mail: Please be aware. This email originated from outside the Nadine Merabi corporate network. Do not take instructions, click on links or open attachments unless you recognise the sender and know the content is safe." which made me feel like I’d just stepped into a cybersecurity thriller. Naturally, I paused my replies. But then, Alex popped up, and thankfully, it turned out to be a human(hopefully)! He swiftly resolved my issue and sent me on my merry way. Cheers to human intervention!
I adore these dresses...they're playful, elegant, and timeless with a modern touch, and I find myself drawn to their pieces repeatedly as they’re always flattering, stylish, and I can count on receiving compliments whenever I wear one...I just wish the store would reopen in NYC! I purchased three white dresses for my hen do, my legal wedding ceremony, and the celebration party - I felt incredible in each of them - thank you for being such a cherished part of my wedding festivities!

I received numerous AI-generated replies when inquiring about my refund, which felt impersonal and repetitive. Sometimes, all you want is a human touch that acknowledges previous messages rather than a scripted response. Additionally, my final order arrived without a dust cover, which was disappointing considering the nature of the garment. Nonetheless, these issues don't overshadow what is most important: the dress itself. The fit, fabric, cut, and overall craftsmanship are exceptional. I genuinely found the dress of my dreams, and it makes me feel amazing. Thank you — the product itself is remarkable.
The dresses were stunning. However, due to a change in my plans, I returned all three. I have only received a refund for two, leaving me £200 short. The support team remains unyielding, failing to offer proof that all three dresses were not part of the return.
I had the worst shopping experience! My order was delayed by 3 weeks, and when I attempted to return it using their return system, they claimed they never received it and accused me of lying about the return. They ended up taking over 300 euros from me. What a scam!
