BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I received my shipment and the bag was torn and almost half of the items were missing. I was so worried that I would be responsible for paying for the items I didn’t receive. I contacted customer service and they responded within an hour and told me not to worry that I would not be charged for those missing items. I was so relieved! They have the absolute best customer service I have ever dealt with. This definitely made me a longtime customer!
