I ordered a couch at the end of November. The couch was ready for the delivery on January 22nd and I booked a date via "Dynalogic" delivery firm. Because, in my building's stairs do not offer enough space to carry the couch parts into my flat. Therefore, I needed to rent a moving lift to solve that problem.However, dynalogic firm cancelled the delivery just around the time the couch supposed to be delivered, on the grounds of sorting issue. I had to pay for the lift. Moreover, I also sold my old couch set to empty the space the same day. The cancellation from them came so late I couldn't call off the booked lift and sell of my old couch. If they would have cancelled it like the day before like a any respectful professional party would have done, that would have been fine still, since I would have time to replan the arrangements.I contacted Dynalogic about this matter but they really don't know what they are doing. They are incompetent and have no control on their operations.I contacted Naduvi about this but my emails didn't get replied. Yes, that customer contact page they have in their website is just for the looks of it. The phone number does not work since they always say they are busy currently and they do not reply any emails. I have sent 3 of them already. I used chat and they said they cannot do anything about it.Neither firm will compensate the renting amount I paid for the lift. They also keep asking me if I want we can cancel the order altogether, almost as if that is the only thing they can do and thats the only way they can do to deal with a problem customer/order.I already paid 250 euros of cost just because of their mistake (150 euros for the lift, 100 euros for temperary couch I found on Marktplatz), why would I want to cancel the order when I am 250 euros of cost in already.The delivery of my couch is really doubtful at this point, judging by the personnel that I contacted at both firms. I was really surprised how incompetent the parties are. They really don't know what they are doing.Bottom line is I bought the couch from Naduvi, and they are the party that should make sure the delivery of it. However, when they send the couch to a delivery firm, they think their responsibility is over. Whenever I talked someone from the customer service line they told me to contact dynalogic. According to Naduvi, Dynalogic should fix it, they should compensate it so on.Now I have to suffer this endavour for god knows for how long both mentally and materially. I think this is not a reliable serious firm and if you don't like to get an unnecessary headache, just buy your furniture from a more well known company that will take the responsbility and will care about their customers.
