I ordered a sofa beginning of December 2025, and as of end of February 2026, still it is not delivered. And, throughout the process, they gave me incorrect information about the delivery. The sofa suppose to start delivery process on 9th of February, however when I contacted the Netherlands carrier company they told me that they didn't receive the sofa from them. And now they are not responsive to my emails & can't call them. They dont provide any further information. I have to proceed with claiming my legal rights on this horrible experience. Do not ever order anything from them.

Do not order from Naduvi. This is not a reliable firm. It really doesn't worth the trouble

I ordered a couch at the end of November. The couch was ready for the delivery on January 22nd and I booked a date via "Dynalogic" delivery firm. Because, in my building's stairs do not offer enough space to carry the couch parts into my flat. Therefore, I needed to rent a moving lift to solve that problem.However, dynalogic firm cancelled the delivery just around the time the couch supposed to be delivered, on the grounds of sorting issue. I had to pay for the lift. Moreover, I also sold my old couch set to empty the space the same day. The cancellation from them came so late I couldn't call off the booked lift and sell of my old couch. If they would have cancelled it like the day before like a any respectful professional party would have done, that would have been fine still, since I would have time to replan the arrangements.I contacted Dynalogic about this matter but they really don't know what they are doing. They are incompetent and have no control on their operations.I contacted Naduvi about this but my emails didn't get replied. Yes, that customer contact page they have in their website is just for the looks of it. The phone number does not work since they always say they are busy currently and they do not reply any emails. I have sent 3 of them already. I used chat and they said they cannot do anything about it.Neither firm will compensate the renting amount I paid for the lift. They also keep asking me if I want we can cancel the order altogether, almost as if that is the only thing they can do and thats the only way they can do to deal with a problem customer/order.I already paid 250 euros of cost just because of their mistake (150 euros for the lift, 100 euros for temperary couch I found on Marktplatz), why would I want to cancel the order when I am 250 euros of cost in already.The delivery of my couch is really doubtful at this point, judging by the personnel that I contacted at both firms. I was really surprised how incompetent the parties are. They really don't know what they are doing.Bottom line is I bought the couch from Naduvi, and they are the party that should make sure the delivery of it. However, when they send the couch to a delivery firm, they think their responsibility is over. Whenever I talked someone from the customer service line they told me to contact dynalogic. According to Naduvi, Dynalogic should fix it, they should compensate it so on.Now I have to suffer this endavour for god knows for how long both mentally and materially. I think this is not a reliable serious firm and if you don't like to get an unnecessary headache, just buy your furniture from a more well known company that will take the responsbility and will care about their customers.

SCAM! FRAUD!

SCAM! FRAUD!We have ordered 2 nightstands and a bed from Naduvi, nightstands came incomplete, they literally sent us only the metal table legs with no box 🤯 After multiple calls and contact forms still no reply. And the bed has not arrived at all, it’s been 6 weeks and it’s not even shipped. No money and no furniture, it’s a SCAM company! Avoid at any means!

Spare yourself the troubles and buy somewhere else

I have bought a bed and in less than a year, the bed frame bent, causing back problems and poor sleep. Talking to the company is not proven useful at all, they've just sent me 6 pieces of wood, expecting me to dissemble everything and put it back together. I don't even want to intend to do this, the bed is becoming completely unstable. I also even still have warranty on the product and I'm still getting a very bad service. Spare yourself the troubles and do not buy these beds.

I've purchased 2 halmeubels (no: 268403). For weeks it's been waiting to be delivered. Even though the customer service was always responsive and blamed winter conditions, I've received other parcels from DPD and for weeks there are no updates even though they claim the parcels are in the netherlands now.

I purchased a Galine corner sofa 10…

I purchased a Galine corner sofa 10 months ago. Initially, it looked beautiful, but after just a few months the fabric began to lose its shine and volume. I have also hurt myself several times while sitting or moving on the sofa because some hard wooden parts beneath the upholstery are not properly padded with foam. Overall, the sofa no longer looks good and is not comfortable or cozy.

Not good customer service at all

UPDATE: The second item I ordered from Naduvi was never delivered. I contacted customer service multiple times, but either received no response or was told via chat that the issue would be followed up. No follow-up ever happened.As the item was not delivered and no refund was processed, I contacted my legal insurance to recover the amount paid. A formal written notice has been sent, and I have not received any response.It is unfortunate that this situation required legal assistance in order to be addressed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for the following reasons:1. The furniture quality was disappointing and the items did not match the product images2. The prices are high for the quality received3. Delivery was repeatedly delayed and ultimately did not take place4. Customer service and refund handling were ineffective UPDATE: Stay away from this brand. It is extremely expensive for very poor-quality furniture that you still have to assemble yourself. The instruction manual is useless, and in some cases you even have to drill the holes yourself.If you want to return the product, they deduct the shipping costs, even though the piece of furniture you receive looks nothing like the photos. You also won’t find any customer reviews on their website, which I find suspicious — most likely because they would be very negative.Now I’m stuck with an overpriced, low-quality piece of furniture that I can barely assemble due to the poor instructions. If you want affordable, reliable furniture, go to IKEA — not this brand.

Nightmare company

Nightmare company, stay away! deliveries are horribly delayed and customer service has zero info on why things go wrong or how to resolve any issues. 2 orders went wrong and their only solution is to cancel and refund.
