Worst furniture company in NL. I ordered a couch and a dining table from them. Couch was delivered first - they had to redeliver 3x. The delivery partner was not ready to deliver on the 3rd floor (despite us telling it), it didnt fit thru the door (although we measured it properly), then finally thru a lift (which costed us 300 eur!). I wanted to have the couch and table delivered together since we paid for the lift anyway, but the customer representatives didnt know when the table will be delivered despite me asking too many times when will it be delivered. To my surprise, it was just suddenly delivered, and again, the delivery partner wasn't ready to bring it upstairs despite us telling them to be ready and to use the lift if necessary. I shared the feedback to Naduvi team. They have gotten to me after a week without any resolution. LOL what a joke. If you can buy from other companies, do so! The stress isn't worth it. Edit: They are saying I didn’t say 3rd floor - LOL not true, you have to specify it in their site and their delivery partner’s link. They emailed me to give me 40 eur discount so I can change my review here. LOL NO THANKS
