Last year, I contacted Naetur via e-mail regarding a sweater I was really happy with at first, but that unfortunately lost its color after just a few washes. I never received a reply.A few months later, I tried reaching out again through Instagram DM, hoping to understand my options. They responded and asked for more details, promising a follow-up via email within 1–2 working days. Despite providing the requested information, I didn’t hear back for over a month.Eventually, I was asked to send pictures, which I did. After about four months of trying, I finally received a message saying I probably hadn't washed the sweater correctly. As a one-time courtesy, they offered to send me a replacement.I was grateful for the gesture and followed up after not receiving the new sweater—but again, no reply.Overall, while I felt the initial intent was to help, the communication was very slow and inconsistent, and in the end, I was left without a resolution. I ended up throwing the sweater away, and sadly, I never received the replacement I was promised.I hope Naetur will improve their customer service in the future, because I really loved the product and wanted to keep supporting them.
