Quality is consistently impressive! However, the sizing can be a bit off; I find that a size small is loose on me, even though I'm considered 'mid size'. Unfortunately, I've encountered ongoing issues with shipping. The website claims "same day shipping," yet I ordered on the 27th and still haven't received any updates regarding my shipment. I need it before Christmas, and a two-week delay without any communication is frustrating. This isn't the first time I've faced shipping problems, and I've never received assistance from the support team or social media channels. It seems I must leave a negative review for them to take notice. Disappointing.
First of: he quality is always amazing!The sizing is a little bit off but once you found your size it is easy to order (I am "mid size" but a size s is baggy on me).BUT I always have problems with the shipping! On the website is says "shipping the same day" > I ordered on the 27.11. and I still have no notification that my order has been shipped. Need to have it before Christmas and a two week delay is already a lot (without amy notification). I have had this shipping problem twice now and never gotten help from the customers service or the instagram page. I have to write a "bad" review for them to notice. Not cool.
I ordered a hoodie on the 28th of May during summer sales and I haven't received it yet. I haven't received any update about my order from Naetur nor from Post NL since the 31st of May and I'm still waiting. I reached out to customer service but got no response. No hoodie and no refund. Terrible experience!
Last year, I contacted Naetur via e-mail regarding a sweater I was really happy with at first, but that unfortunately lost its color after just a few washes. I never received a reply.A few months later, I tried reaching out again through Instagram DM, hoping to understand my options. They responded and asked for more details, promising a follow-up via email within 1–2 working days. Despite providing the requested information, I didn’t hear back for over a month.Eventually, I was asked to send pictures, which I did. After about four months of trying, I finally received a message saying I probably hadn't washed the sweater correctly. As a one-time courtesy, they offered to send me a replacement.I was grateful for the gesture and followed up after not receiving the new sweater—but again, no reply.Overall, while I felt the initial intent was to help, the communication was very slow and inconsistent, and in the end, I was left without a resolution. I ended up throwing the sweater away, and sadly, I never received the replacement I was promised.I hope Naetur will improve their customer service in the future, because I really loved the product and wanted to keep supporting them.
I came across Naetur and decided to order one set just to try it out — and I was immediately sold! The quality of the clothing is incredible, the fabric feels amazing, and the fit is just perfect. Not only that, but the delivery was super fast and the whole shopping experience was smooth and easy.Since that first order, I’ve already bought three full sets and two extra sweaters — and I’m definitely not done yet. I’m officially a fan. Highly recommend Naetur to anyone looking for high-quality, stylish, and comfortable pieces!
Order placed on 12/02..haven't recieved any email affer that, order has clearly not been shipped... tried contacting the customer service, no anwer!I'm disappointed since it's not the first time I'm buying from them and this never happened. I have contacted their customer service via several email addresses on multiple occasions and still have not been able to get in contact with them. NO F** REPLY AT ALL. This is NOT acceptable! I have the right to return my order as a consumer and they are not providing me with any return instructions whatsoever. Please never order here. Also, will proceed with legal actions because such companies should not nbe allowed to exist in the first place.
I have chased for delivery of my order at least four times and nothing. They are not even answering me.Update: they did deliver but it took 2-3 weeks to arrive.They did answer me but that was after about 3-4 weeks post placing my order.
I've made an order beggining of August and still I don't get any information about it. I wrote 5 times on email, 4 times in DMs but still no any response. They took my money and I don't know now how I can't return them. Big disappointment. I thought they are serious company since related to famous person but we should not believe what we see.If someone knows how I can return my money back, just let me know
